Carmen Pilar spent a night on a table covered in a cloth at the funeral home in La Paz and was presumed dead.
The sixty-nine -year-old woman in Bolivia was dropped off and abandoned at a funeral home by her family even though she was still alive.
On the following morning, funeral parlour workers were about to inject her with formaldehyde when they heard her crying.
According to Daily Mail, the workers contacted Carmen's family, but they reportedly refused to take her back. They then called the police, who have arrested Carmen's daughter, cousin and son-in-law for the abandonment.
