Lamido Harps On Restoration Of Justice, Rule Of Law

A presidential aspirant under the Peoples’ Democratic Party, (PDP) Alh. Sule Lamido has stressed the need to restore justice, fairness and rule of law in Nigeria.
Alh. Lamido stated this during a courtesy visit to Governor Samuel Ortom as part of consultation to solicit support for his presidential aspiration.
He regretted that there is so much hatred amongst even as the country has been turned into a killing industry.
“We have a history of crisis as a nation. Nigerians have lost mutual trust for each other. There should be justice to each other in spite of geographical location. Democracy entails freedom of our rights. Our rights should not been imprisoned, he said.

The former Jigawa State governor who took a swipe at the All Progressives Congress, APC government, said it is built on false propaganda, adding that it is manipulating and defrauding Nigerians through falsehood.

“APC does not have the depth or capacity to rule this country. There is disperse and frustration especially amongst the youths. There is need to restore the culture if decency amongst Nigerians. There should be a new arrangement to secure Nigeria. My aspiration is for a secured, united and prosperous Nigeria”, Lamido promised.

Governor Ortom who was represented by his Deputy Benson Abounu lauded Lamido as having the prerequisite experience in foreign affairs as one time minister of Foreign Affairs, governance, national and internal politics to rule the country.
The governor described him, as a courageous man and bridge between the North and South.
