Michelle Obama and Big Bird promote healthily eating

As part of the First Lady's Let's Move campaign, the Sesame Street's fluffy yellow character joins Michelle Obama in the Whitehouse for a series of videos to encourage kids to exercise and eat better.
In one video, Big Bird is is seen jogging in background of the East Room of the White House as Michelle Obama describes the importance of staying active.
Another video takes place in the White House kitchen, where Mrs Obama promotes "healthy, colourful snacks like juicy fruits and crunchy vegetables".

"Gee, I bet you could get just anything you want in this kitchen," Big Bird says.
During last year's presidential election, Big Bird became a source of controversy when Republican candidate Mitt Romney pledged to cut public funding for PBS, the television network behind Sesame Street.

President Barack Obama's campaign ran a video mocking Mr Romney for viewing the Sesame Street character Big Bird as a "big, yellow menace to our economy".
