According to the Sun, a judge of the Court of Appeal and wife of former information minister, Nnia
Nwodo (jnr.), Justice Roseline Oby Nwodo, is dead.
Justice Nwodo died in a London hospital.
Though information on her death was still sketchy at press time, Daily Sun
was reliably informed that the deceased was ill for a long time and eventually
died two days ago in London.
It was gathered that her health condition, which she had battled for some
time, got worse about a month ago.
Justice Nwodo was appointed a magistrate in 1985 and she went on to hold
several positions in the judiciary including Chief Magistrate Grade 2, Deputy
Chief Registrar (Enugu State High Court) and a Judge of the Federal High Court
(Port Harcourt).
She was appointed justice of the Court of Appeal in December 2007. The
