A family is very angry after their maid became pregnant by their 13-year-old son. The maid, Letwin Magogo, 27, was arrested and charged with se'x abuse after she became pregnant by the boy.
When she appeared before judge Taurai Manwere, Magogo of Mbizo, Zimbabwe, allegedly admitted to sleeping with her boss' son.
Magogo, who had worked for the family for 10 years, admitted in court that she had been se'xually active with the child since he was 9 years old.Magogo is now three months pregnant as a result of the abuse. The se'xual encounters began when Magogo entered the child’s bedroom without clothes shortly after taking a shower; She asked the boy to be intimate with her and began rubbing his private parts and then the two had se'x.
The child's mother only found out about the se'xual abuse this year when she realized that her maid was pregnant.
Since the maid lived in her home, the woman demanded to know who got her pregnant. The mother was horrified to discover it was her son.
In a statement read in court, the boy said that Magogo told him she was pregnant and that he was going to be a father, but asked him not to tell anyone about it.
Prosecutor Tinashe Mhonda is pushing for a maximum term of imprisonment saying that Magogo stole the child’s innocence and robbed him of his childhood.
