Bill Clinton's Daughter Is Pregnant

Chelsea Clinton is pregnant with her first child  and her father, former US President Bill Clinton couldn’t be more thrilled.

The 34-year-old’s announcement prompted her dad to take to his social networking account and tell over 1.78million followers that he was to become a grandfather. The politician proudly told users of the micro-blogging website that he would be updating the biography on his account, which he hasn’t had the chance to do yet.

"Excited to add a new line to my Twitter bio...grandfather-to-be! @hillaryclinton and I are so happy for Chelsea and Marc!", he posted on Thursday.

Meanwhile his spouse shared a message on her own page. Chelsea is the only child of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, 66, and Bill, 67.

"My most exciting title yet: Grandmother-To-Be! @billclinton and I are thrilled that Chelsea and Marc are expecting their first child!", she wrote.
 

Chelsea has been in a relationship with investment banker Marc Mezvinsky since 2010.

"Marc and I are so thrilled to be expecting our first child in the fall! Thank you for all of the kind words!", she exclaimed on Twitter.

Chelsea calls herself "Mom to Soren" but the little one is actually just her Yorkshire terrier dog.
