Jennifer Lopez Vegan Diet That Works

Dr. Barnard's Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine has put together a curriculum focused on plant-based eating for cancer and diabetes prevention and survival, along with weight management, and children.
And, if you've ever wondered if a vegan can do a body good; just look at Jennifer Lopez's body on the cover of this week's Us Weekly!

At 44, she's never looked better and credits her recently adopted plant-based diet. According to Us, J. Lo started a five-week meat, dairy and gluten-free diet in April after she struggled to lose what she called "that really stubborn 8 to 10 pounds." With her new eating plan, the iconic superstar quickly dropped 10 pounds. While, she's started to add fish back into her diet slowly, she's still not eating dairy or simple carbs.

"Her diet is built around plants. Rather than ordering steak and then adding vegetables, she asks for vegetables and adds in sides of protein," reveals a Lopez insider to the magazine.

Beyonce and Jay Z also did a 22-day vegan challenge, which is based on Dr. Barnard's weight loss kick-start program. And, like Lopez, the star couple felt incredible and reported feeling more energy.

Thanks to these superstars and their belief in vegan nutrition, they've made a lot of folks curious. And, they've made my job as a newly anointed instructor a lot easier to attract attendees to any upcoming workshops I may hold.
