An Effective Govenorship Campaingn Tactics

Former Zamfara State governor Mahmud Aliyu Shinkafi, who intends to contest again as the Governor aspirant of the state in 2015, distributed bags of rice to the natives of Zamfara during Ramadan festive period, while subtly putting in a form of campaign for the upcoming election.  (People are hungry, starving and are living in abject poverty they have no option than to vote for the most generous, the great distributor of bags of rice, wheat, sugar, bread; not a bad idea lol!)
Mahmud Shinkafi was governor of Zamfara State in 2007 to 2011 and was Aisha Babaginda's second husband.
