Woman Abandoned Baby On Subway Interrogated

The New York City police have found a woman suspected of abandoning a baby girl at a subway station.Police said the 20-year-old is being questioned.
She was found hours after police released a video showing the woman walking with the child in a stroller through Manhattan's Columbus Circle station. No charges have been filed yet against the woman.

"The previously unidentified child has now been identified; a 20 year old female has been apprehended. Thank you for the help," NYPD tweeted.
No charges have been filed so far, and the investigation is continuing.

Police say the woman pushed the baby's stroller onto the platform from a northbound No. 1 train when it arrived at the station on Monday afternoon.
They say she then got back onto the train.
The baby is believed to be six to seven months old.
She was examined at Roosevelt Hospital, and police say there were no apparent signs of trauma.
The infant is in the custody of New York's Administration for Children's Services.
