Misuse Of Name Beyonce Threatens Litigation

Recently Etsy sellers began using singer Beyonce’s name to sell merchandise, Beyonce was quick to issue a warning.
A range of mugs, shirts and other items are on sale inscribed with ‘Feyonce’ and ‘He put a ring on it’ and it looks like Beyonce wants it to stop. 

It seems her threats have already worked with a number of mugs being removed from the site but there are a number of other items still for sale. 

While some are arguing the merchandise could be covered under the law by ‘fair use’, it has been said no one would want to get on the bad side of the singer.
