President Buhari Replaced Head of Service


Winifred Oyo-Ita, an origin of Cross River, is the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Science and Technology and has replaced the immediate past Head of Service.


Winifred Oyo-Ita is fifty-one years old and a trained chartered accountant.
