are the motorway police patrols?
A social media user shared the above pictures as two men riding a bike carried
another bike on top of the bike as rode along Ibadan expressway quite shocking
and dangerous.
After a long period of
abandonment, the Ministry of Works has resumed the construction on the
Lagos-Ibadan expressway. Workers from Julius Berger PLC and Reynolds
Construction Company (RCC) were seen around Redemption Camp and Arepo areas at
the Lagos end of the road.
