moment an e-cigarette battery exploded in a man's trousers, leaving him with
second-degree burns.
The man is seen frantically
attempting to put out the fire with his hands as he runs outside.
A convenience store worker
used a fire extinguisher to help put out the flames.
The man was treated at a
hospital for second-degree burns on his legs, local media reported.
