Euro 2016: Germany, Croatia, Poland Win

The Turks had a great chance to take the lead in the 29th minute, but Ozan Tufan could only head straight at goalkeeper Danijel Subasic.
Luka Modric’s sensational strike was all Croatia needed to see off Turkey 1-0 on Sunday.
Modric then lashed in a superb volley in the 41st minute – the goal which eventually gave his team all three points.

In the second game of the day, Poland beat Northern Ireland 1-0, with Arkadiusz Milik netting the only goal.

Defending World Cup champions Germany, opened their Euro 2016 campaign with a 2-0 victory over Ukraine.
Shkodran Mustafi and Bastian Schweinsteiger got the goals for Joachim Low’s team.
