I’ve prepared a healthy way of cooking Okra in my new video.
Kale is the key ingredient, and this is because Kale could be described as one of the most nutrient vegetables.
It’s high in fibre, low in calories, rich in vitamin C, K and high in iron.
If you are trying to lose weight eat with little solid food like Eba, Iyan and Amala or you can eat on it’s own.

Chopped or Blended Okra
Smoke Mackerel Fish
Sweet Pepper
Scotch Bonnet
Onions
Palm Oil
Chicken Maggi
Salt
Curry
Large or King Prawns
Grilled Chicken, Fish Or Meat
Yam Flour-Pounded Yam (Iyan)
Cassava Flakes-Garri (Eba)
