Lisa Marie Presley Checked Into Rehab

Multiple reports are claiming that the daughter of Elvis and Priscilla Presley has sought help at the Hills Treatment Center in Los Angeles, staying at the $400,000-a-month rehabilitation center to combat her addiction to prescription pills.

Lisa Marie Presley has checked into rehab to seek treatment for her struggles with addiction.

“She’s doing OK but needed to get this under control,”a source tells Us Weekly, explaining that the 48-year-old has been struggling with painkillers lately.

In June, Presley filed for divorce from her fourth husband, guitarist Michael Lockwood, after 10 years of marriage. Citing irreconcilable differences as the cause of the separation, she also requested full custody of their 7-year-old twin daughters, Finley and Harper, and asked that Lockwood receive monitored visitation when seeing their children.

Previously, Presley revealed she had struggled with drugs in the past, telling Paper magazine in 2003, “[I used] cocaine, sedatives, pot and drinking — all at the same time. I just couldn’t be sober.”

“I don’t know how I lived through it,” she added. At the time, Presley credited Scientology for helping her with the recovery process.
