This decision was taken
because of the Sallah holidays, which have been fixed for Monday and Tuesday
next week.
The League Management
Company (LMC), has announced that all Nigeria Professional Football League
(NPFL) Match Day 34 fixtures, will be played across the country on Saturday.
A brief statement from the
LMC, read: “All #NPFL games for MATCHDAY 35 will now hold this Saturday,
September 10 owing to the Sallah holidays.”
In some of the games
scheduled for this weekend, Ikorodu United host former champions, Kano Pillars.
Table toppers Enugu Rangers will travel to traditional rivals, Shooting Stars,
Second-placed Rivers United welcome Warri Wolves, current holders Enyimba are
away to Niger Tornadoes and MFM FC host Lobi Stars.
