According to Oke who doubles as the producer of the movie, the premiere which is organized in collaboration with Naija fm and Godfather Promotions, London, holds at Planet Nollywood in Camberwell.
Expectations are high as the Yoruba movie, Omiran, (Giant), starring award-winning actor, Femi Adebayo alongside delectable actress, Tolulope Oke premieres in London.

Oke, who is already in London ahead of the premiere date, hinted that the event is being planned on a grand scale to give the guests an indelible experience. Basking in the euphoria of the premiere of two of her previous movies also in London “Bi Ala and Adun”, Oke, who was the star actress in M-Net TV series, Zone 222, is yet poised to make another mark on the nation’s entertainment scene with the premiere of her latest movie.

Also starring notable thespians like Funsho Adeolu, Muyideen Oladapo and Rose Odika, the movie, directed by Oladapo, was shot on locations in Ibadan. It explor the theme of love and integrity and has a duration of about one and half hours. A sneak preview reveals Raphael Olakunle-Collins (Adebayo) as an under-world king pin dealing in illicit drugs.

His seemingly-cool mien drastically changes when his relationship with Ayinke (Oke) brings to fore his hidden secrets. The movie, a sequel to Home Sick produced in 2015, is the fourth from Oke’s Edge 17 Production’s stable. Oke revealed that Omiran is a true-life experience meant to give movie buffs an exhilarating experience. “I produced Omiran with a view to availing the public opportunity to learn from a true life experience which gave me food for thought,” Oke who started acting back in her high school days, in Ibadan, affirmed.
