South African Prisoners Feed With KFC Chicken

South Africans according to report has the highest crime rate, yet they could afford to feed prisoners with chicken KFC. I wonder what the occasion could be, I don’t believe they eat KFC chicken every-day, do you?

"South Africa has one of the highest crime rates in the world, yet we feed our criminals KFC. This is Gauteng MEC Nkosi-Malobane handing over KFC to inmates during a Moroka Swallows Vs Sundowns soccer game at Leeuwkop Correctional Services.
