areas in Lagos State were affected by yesterday’s heavily night rain, roads
have been flooded.
Lagosians
yesterday celebrated the cooling effect of rainfall but never anticipated the
massive flood accompanied by the downpour that lasted for some hours.
The busy
Apapa area of the commercial capital of Nigeria has been adversely affected
with flood due to poor drainage systems and blocked waterways. This has
affected the movement of commuters, goods and services in the area.
