The former aide to
ex-President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, said Buhari's antigraft war has seen
success only in the media, claiming that the corruption has failed in the
courts.
Pastor Reno Omokri has
continued his lampooning of the President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration.
Omokri who made the
assertions via a Facebook post, noted that: "President Muhammadu Buhari's
anti-corruption war has been more successful in the media than in the court.
His economic plan is however successful nowhere. He has fared far worse in all
the sectors for which he accused Dr. Goodluck Jonathan of being a failure.
And why has President
Buhari been a spectacular failure? In my opinion it boils down to the
following: President Buhari spent 2 years trying to make Jonathan look bad and
unfortunately spent no time trying to make himself look good!" In a
similar vein, Reno Omokri, has slammed Nigerian governors over comments made by
Zamfara governor Abdul Aziz Yari on the Meningitis outbreak in Nigeria.
In series of tweets on
Thursday, April 6, Omokri, still disappointed at Yari’s comments about
Meningitis coming from God, advised governors to ask him to step down as
chairman of their Governors Forum. He also wondered why the country is
suffering so much since the Jonathan left.
