The Independent National Electoral Commission on Friday in Abuja presented certificates to the five newly-registered political parties.
The five new parties are Young Progressive Party, Advanced Peoples Democratic Alliance, New Generation Party of Nigeria, All Democratic Peoples Movement and Action Democratic Party.
