Donald Trump Tweets EXPLOSIVE Threat To Iran President Rouhani

US President Donald Trump has launched an explosive all-caps Twitter threat on Iran declaring “you will suffer consequences the likes of which few have ever suffered before.”
Donald Trump’s tweet follows Iranian President Hassan Rouhani cautioning the American leader on Sunday about pursuing hostile policies against Tehran, saying:
“War with Iran is the mother of all wars and peace with Iran is the mother of all peace.”

Rouhani also shared a message for Trump, saying “do not play with the lion’s tail, because you will regret it eternally.”
Donald Trump’s tweet threat to Iran President Rouhani reads:

To Iranian President Rouhani: NEVER, EVER THREATEN THE UNITED STATES AGAIN OR YOU WILL SUFFER CONSEQUENCES THE LIKES OF WHICH FEW THROUGHOUT HISTORY HAVE EVER SUFFERED BEFORE. WE ARE NO LONGER A COUNTRY THAT WILL STAND FOR YOUR DEMENTED WORDS OF VIOLENCE & DEATH. BE CAUTIOUS!

WHAT CAUSED DONALD TRUMP TWITTER THREAT TO IRAN PRESIDENT ROUHANI:
Donald Trump’s Twitter threat — which was published about 11.30pm Washington time — came after Mr Rouhani issued a warning to Mr Trump, which was disseminated via the country’s state media network.
President Rouhani warned Mr Trump earlier today that the “mother of all wars” would take place if the US maintained its hostilities towards Iran.

“Mr Trump, don’t play with the lion’s tail, this would only lead to regret,” he told a gathering of Iranian diplomats.
“America should know that peace with Iran is the mother of all peace, and war with Iran is the mother of all wars.

“You are not in a position to incite the Iranian nation against Iran’s security and interests.”

Mr Rouhani scoffed at Mr Trump’s threat to halt Iranian oil exports and said Iran had a dominant position in the Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz, a major oil shipping waterway.

“Anyone who understands the rudiments of politics doesn’t say ‘we will stop Iran’s oil exports’ … we have been the guarantor of the regional waterway’s security throughout history,” Mr Rouhani said, according to the semi-official ISNA news agency.

Trump’s also tweet came shortly after US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo delivered his own blistering speech on Iran’s leaders, accusing the clerics that rule the country of using the country’s revenue to line their own pockets and fund terrorism at the expense of average Iranians.

Pompeo said Sunday night at the Ronald Reagan National Library in Simi Valley, California:

“To the regime, prosperity, security, and freedom for the Iranian people are acceptable casualties in the march to fulfill the Revolution.

“The level of corruption and wealth among regime leaders shows that Iran is run by something that resembles the mafia more than a government.”
