DJ Khaled’s $26m New Mansion In Miami Beach

Last year, Khaled paid $9.9 million for a 10,700-square-foot mansion in Beverly Hills.  DJ Khaled is buying another one.

The record producer, whose real name is Khaled Mohamed Khaled, is under contract to buy a nearly 13,000-square-foot waterfront mansion on Pine Tree Drive in Miami Beach that was asking $25.9 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The 1-acre property has about 105 feet of waterfront on the Indian Creek Waterway, a main house with five bedrooms, an elevator, safe room, gazebo and home theater; a swimming pool and a four-bedroom guesthouse.

Michael Lerner, the marketer and child-proofing product maker who popularized the yellow “Baby on Board” signs, is selling the property. Eloy Carmenate and Mick Duchon of Douglas Elliman are listing the estate, which overlooks the Indian Creek waterway.

Property records show Lerner paid $4.95 million for the site in 2013.

Orli Rudolph of NextHome Realty Professionals represented Khaled. The award-winning producer, DJ and record executive has worked with artists like Lil Wayne, Jay-Z, Rick Ross and Busta Rhymes.
