Liverpool star Mohamed
Salah scored a late winner on Friday, November 16, to hand Egypt a 3-2 victory
over Tunisia in a tough Africa Cup of Nations qualification tie played at the Borg
El Arab Stadium in Alexandria.
Liverpool striker Mohamed
Salah has been named as the PFA Fans' Player of the month for December 2018
after his incredible form for the Reds.
Jurgen Klopp's men are
currently topping the Premier League standings after 21 games in which Mohamed
Salah has been impressive so far.
Mohamed Salah scored six
goals to help his side win all seven of their Premier League matches last
month.
He came out on top over
Eden Hazard, Harry Kane, Ricardo Pereira, Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford to
land the prize.
Mohamed Salah now becomes
third Liverpool player to win the award this season after Sadio Mane (August)
and Virgil Dijk (November).
Salah linked up brilliantly
with Mohsen, with the Liverpool star slotting past Farouk Ben Mustapha with
ease after the ball came into his path.
However, a little girl who
was spotted during the match holding a sign in the 36th minute stole the show
during the five-goal thriller.
