The Institute of Directors said that two thirds of business chiefs will allow remote working to continue, while a YouGov survey showed that just one in five bosses will ask all staff to return to the office five days a week.
In the UK, two days a week in the office is expected to become the new normal as businesses turn to hybrid working.
Matt Smith, YouGov’s head of data journalism, said: “hybrid working will become the new normal for many.”
Do you think this is right? Should employees be given more flexibility, or will this result in missed benefits of the office?
