Teenager Admits Participating In Unlawful Violence

Briton girl admitted participating in unlawful violence that would cause a person to fear for his or her personal safety while with three or more other people.

Teenage girl has admitted threatening unlawful violence outside a hotel housing asylum seekers.  The teenager who cannot be named because she is under 18, pleaded guilty in a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, after she was seen punching and kicking the entrance to Potter International Hotel in Aldershot on July 31, during a protest.

She sat with her parents throughout the short hearing.

District Judge Tim Pattinson ordered a pre-sentence report to be made and adjourned for the youngster’s sentencing to take place on September 30 at the same court.

It comes a day after two protestors were jailed for their involvement in protests in Southampton, both offences took place last Wednesday.

Ryan Wheatley was jailed for charging at police "like a rhino" during a protest at Grosvenor Square, while Lee James took a knuckle duster to the gathering "on a whim".
