Petroleum Pipeline Burst n Explodes In Ogun state

Petroleum pipeline explodes in Ogun state
A pipeline explosion caused a free flow of oil in the Arepo area of Ogun State.
The explosion occurred on Sunday with eyewitness reports of a huge cloud of smoke covering the affected area.
The explosion is believed to have been caused by the action of vandals who attack Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) pipelines in order to siphon petroleum products. 

The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) spokesman, Ibrahim Farinloye said the incident occurred around 5:20am and that fire fighting experts from the NNPC have been deployed to the area.

Farinloye refused to put a figure to the casualties who are may have been affected by the explosion but he explained that supplies have been stopped and valves locked up to prevent more fire.
