Buhari Emerge Winner Of The Presidential Election

Due to the recent release of Borno State awaited result Buhari have officially emerged president-elect of Nigeria.  I have not heard Jega or INEC annouce Buhari as winner though the results says it all.
President Jonathan has already conceded defeat and is now considered a symbol of democracy and statesmanship around the world. Congrats to General Buhari as he is set to take over the mantle of leadership come May 29th, 2015.

What are your words for the new president-elect and our out-going president Jonathan?
