Dbanj the Koko Master has
announced that he will release his 10th anniversary visual EP titled ‘An Epic
Journey’ in September.
The pop star released the
EP’s artwork and track list which contain seven tracks and collaborations from,
Akon, Driis (Idris Elba), Shadow Boxxer, Cassper Nyovest, Reminisce and Ice
Prince.
The singer who was
criticised for moving away from the Nigerian market repented this year with the
release of several singles starting with ‘Feeling The Ni**a’ which shot up the
charts.
Still on his epic comeback,
D’Banj also announced plans to release his visual EP of 7 videos; one video per
week.
Four weeks into the project,
D’Banj has released three videos currently receiving a lot of buzz; ‘Knocking
On Your Door’, ‘Salute’ and ‘Confidential’ featuring Hollywood star, Idris
Elba.
D’Banj is indeed back as he
continues to pull a feat only done by Beyoncé with his visual EP, emerging the
first African to embark on such a project.
