Kevin Hunter Demands Child Support n Alimony From Wendy Williams

Talkshow TV Host ex-husband Kevin Hunter is asking a judge to grant his request for Wendy to pay him spousal support and child support, according to TMZ. 

Wendy Williams' soon-to-be ex wants her to support him in the wake of their impending divorce.

Hunter recently filed his response to Wendy's divorce petition where he outlined his demands for not only his financial support but also for that of their one son, Kevin Jr.

Interestingly, Kevin Jr is 18-years-old, and in most states child support ends when a child becomes a legal adult.

There are some extenuating circumstances in certain states where that may be extended by a judge.

In addition to child support, Hunter requested that Wendy be financially responsible for Kevin Jr.'s college expenses.

Kevin's response comes weeks after Wendy served him with divorce papers at her television studio in New York. 

Wendy filed marriage dissolution paperwork after DailyMail.com broke the news of Kevin's decade long affair with a massage therapist named Sharina Hudson.

News of the affair and, subsequently, the love child that Sharina quietly gave birth to earlier this year, pushed Wendy to an unfortunate relapse into drugs and alcohol abuse.

She took a prolonged absence from her talk show at the end of 2018 and through the start of the new year and, at the time, claimed it was for medical reasons.

After DailyMail revealed that she was actually seeking treatment for substance abuse, Wendy shared her story with fans.

Following the continuation of Kevin's affair, which he flaunted in front of the public by taking the mistress out to dinners decked out in pricey clothes and in expensive cars, Wendy decided enough was enough.

Williams has always been the breadwinner of the family and promptly cut Kevin off which included the bold move to fire him as her manager and executive producer of her talk show.

After serving Kevin with marriage dissolution documents, sources told DailyMail that Wendy gave her husband 48 hours to vacate his belongings from their New Jersey mansion.

Photos were also obtained at that time of Sharina Hudson's gold matte Ferrari Portofino, a gift from Kevin which is believe to have been paid for with Wendy's money, being loaded onto the bed of a tow truck. 

Sources have said that Kevin admitted that he stayed married to Wendy through his affair because he couldn't afford to be divorced.
