Two weeks after a lady was strangled to death in a hotel room in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, another lady has been discovered strangled in another hotel in GRA. . . Just like in the first incident, the latest victim, identified as Jenifer, was abandoned in the room with a white cloth tied round her neck. . . The State’s police spokesman, Nnamdi Omoni, confirmed the incident. He said suspects have been arrested. The incident reportedly happened on August 13, 2019.
