Actress Tonto Dikeh has
condemned the beating of a fake beggar who was caught in Abakaliki, Ebonyi
State.
The fake beggar was exposed
after a good Samaritan offered to have his wounds treated by taking him to a
hospital.
This didn’t sit well with
the fake beggar who declined the offer to the surprise of everyone.
When the bandage on his
body was investigated, it was discovered that he had no wound. This led to a
beaten from the crowd.
Reacting to the treatment
meted out to him, Tonto Dikeh wrote:
“BUT WHY BEAT HIM.. WE ARE
JUST ANIMALS IN THIS COUNTRY, HAND HIM OVER TO THE POLICE..2WEEKS AGO A VIDEO
OF SAME THING BUT ON AN AMERICA BEGGER SURFACED, THE VIDEO CREW NEVER BEAT HER
NOR TOUCH HER..THEY ONLY USED THEIR POWER OF THE PRESS TO EXPOSE HER.. IF YOUR
GOVERNMENT Provided Jobs would this Old man be Deceiving people to Feed
himself??? THINGS LIKE THIS MAKE ME SAY ” I MUST BE A LEADER SOMEDAY AND CHANGE
SHIT”
