The death of former Ghana president shocked so many people around the world. Jerry John Rawlings left this world leaving so many memories behind. Reflecting back and looking through those years of Rawlings leadership in Ghana accentuate why Africa as a continent, especially in my country Nigeria need more leaders like JJ Rawlings.
A true leader is one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way. Leaders is not being in charge, it is about taking care of the people in your charge.
