Briton girl admitted participating in unlawful violence that would cause a person to fear for his or her personal safety while with three or more other people.
Teenage
girl has admitted threatening unlawful violence outside a hotel housing asylum
seekers. The teenager who cannot be
named because she is under 18, pleaded guilty in a hearing at Basingstoke
Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, after she was seen punching and kicking the
entrance to Potter International Hotel in Aldershot on July 31, during a
protest.
She sat
with her parents throughout the short hearing.
District
Judge Tim Pattinson ordered a pre-sentence report to be made and adjourned for
the youngster’s sentencing to take place on September 30 at the same court.
It comes a
day after two protestors were jailed for their involvement in protests in
Southampton, both offences took place last Wednesday.
Ryan
Wheatley was jailed for charging at police "like a rhino" during a
protest at Grosvenor Square, while Lee James took a knuckle duster to the
gathering "on a whim".
