Halle Berry Obtain Court Order Banning Ex-hubby From Perming Daughter’s Hair

As she battles to have the court reduce her baby daddy's monthly child support from $16,000 to $3,000, Halle Berry is furious that her ex Gabriel Aubry is trying to change her 6 year old daughter to a white girl.

She has obtained a court order banning him from relaxing her hair .She says it could cause the child psychological damage.

I continue to worry about the potential psychological and physical damage to Nahla that can be caused by the use of chemical hair treatments and the psychological message that it conveys to Nahla, and to implore the court to put a stop to Gabriel’s attempts to alter our daughter’s appearance and most probably cause her to wonder why her natural appearance is not good enough.

As a result, the judge has ordered both parents not to change anything about her hair. During the custody battle, she told Ebony Magazine

Gabriel insists that he needs the $16,000 a month in child support as he has had a hard time getting modeling gigs after Halle’s husband Oliver Martinez beat him down back in 2012.
