Drake Release New Album Via Internet

American rapper Drake has surprised his fans with the release of a new album on the internet.
The Grammy-winning American rapper Drake has release of a new album on the internet. He posted a link on Twitter to If You're Reading This It's Too Late, which is available on iTunes.
He follows in the footsteps of Beyonce, who released her self-titled album without previously announcing it more than a year ago.
Drake also featured on that recording. Others who have dropped albums in surprise form include alternative rapper Kid Cudi, Australian rockers Wolfmother and rap group G Unit.
Drake's release, which some are called a mixtape, includes 17 tracks and features Lil Wayne, Travi$ Scott and PARTYNEXTDOOR.

The only previously released tracks were 6 God and Used To.
There had been rumours since November that Drake would be bringing out a mixtape.

The release comes on the sixth anniversary of his So Far Gone mixtape and the latest one is being seen as a way of tiding fans over until his fourth studio album Views From The 6 comes out.
