‘When I saw the monsters and demons in APC, I had to leave’ – Femi Kayode

The official made Femi Fani-Kayode’s position known as he spoke in a programme broadcasted by AIT and monitored by Daily Post.
According to Femi-Kayode, Amaechi let people down by failing to become Gen. Muahammadu Buhari’s running mate for the upcoming presidential elections. This was the reaction by the campaign director to Amaechi’s recent attack in the course of which the governor said that Fani-Kayode “lacked credibility”.

The speaker blasted Amaechi saying he should be thankful to the PDP for taking him from nowhere and making him a governor. 

He was quoted as saying: 

“Wait, who is talking about credibility here? Is it Amaechi that was wearing same cloth for over three months or another one?

“This is the man that became a governor without winning any election; the same man that shut all the courts in his state for one year for fear of being impeached.

“People like Amaechi should be arrested and jailed for corruption.” 

The official expressed confidence that the opposition plotted to rig the forthcoming elections.

“Yes, I can say that again because it is habitual with them. Their presidential candidate, Gen. Buhari had already threatened that if he loses this time around; the baboons and the dogs would be soaked in blood. 

“It is on record, even he cannot deny that. This people want to take over power at all cost but that will never happen and if it does, will shall see what will happen after that. It is clear that Buhari, Amaechi, Tinubu and co have nothing to offer this country. 

“We should forget that the Boko Haram once nominated APC presidential candidate, Buhari as their spokesperson or negotiator during the proposed peace talk with the insurgents. They nominated him because they have soft spot for him. 

“This is a group that has killed thousands of innocent Nigerians. How would you accept such person as your president?”

When asked about his defection, Fani-Kayode noted that Amaechi had also dumped his party.

“The same Amaechi was in PDP before defecting to APC.

“Even Buhari, Tinubu and the rest were in other parties before forming APC. When I saw the monsters and demons in APC, I had to leave.”
