A wife released a video
after she caught footage of her husband flirting, kissing and hugging the
family maid.
A wife hurting has every
right to be angry with her husband if she caught him flirting with another
woman though she disgraced him by putting up a video which was consider an
offence in Saudi Arabia.
According to IB Times, she
had long suspected her husband of cheating and filmed the incident on her phone
she then posted the video on social media with the caption:
"The minimum
punishment for this husband is to scandalise him."
But, the wife could
actually be imprisoned for a year on defamation charges, as Saudi Arabia, where
the incident occurred, enforces strict punishment for anyone using videos of
photography to defame another person.
It's a big issue for men to
be involved with their maids, and the country sees it as a sign of bad morals.
So, this angry wife could
face time in prison for catching her husband cheating and shaming him over
social media.
The video itself went
viral, getting over 25,000 mentions on Twitter in less than 12 hours.
