My Sister Is Pregnant For My Boyfriend

According to Punch, Kate and Karen were stepsisters. While Kate, the elder one, was rude, proud and arrogant, Karen, was the exact opposite - quiet and cultured.
Their parents were fairly wealthy and these sisters had some of the best things their contemporaries could only dream of. As soon as Kate was admitted into the university, her stepfather got her a brand new car to help ease her movement on campus.

Despite the fact that she lacked nothing and had a young boyfriend about the same age with her, Kate still went for older, richer and married men. She paid little or no attention to Brown, her younger boyfriend, who was quite smitten with her but wished she could be a better person.

She discouraged him from paying her visits during the holidays because she didn’t think he was good enough for her parent approval.

But their relationship continued, albeit on shaky grounds. Brown graduated ahead of her, completed his national service and got a job in an oil company. Kate graduated too while her younger sister was in the second year in another university.

With Brown’s new status, Kate attempted becoming really serious with him and even thinking of getting married. She began to make overtures to him about visiting her at home and consequently meeting her parents. While he didn’t exactly turn her down, he made up excuses not to honour these invitations.

She soon saw that she was fast losing her hold on him and tried every means possible to make amends but this did not yield positive results.

Meanwhile, her half-sister, Karen was pregnant and their parents had insisted she brought home the man who was responsible. Karen fixed a day for her fiance to meet the family and everyone waited for him.

On the day slated for the ‘introduction,’ as Kate sat lounging in the balcony, Brown walked into their home with one of his female cousins. She was not only surprise; she wondered how he knew the house when he had always declined her invitations. In fact, she had tried convincing him the previous day to pay her a visit but he refused with an excuse that he was travelling out of the state for an important assignment.

Brown was surprised too. Since he never knew Kate’s home, he wondered why she was in there. While the surprise acts were on, Karen came out, happily jumped on Brown and kissed him. She then proceeded to introduce him to her elder sister as her fiancé!

Shock and disbelief were clearly written on everyone’s face including their parents at discovering that their daughters had been dating the same man!

After waiting patiently for everyone to bare their minds, Brown explained that he didn’t set out to deliberately date two women at the same time, let alone sisters. He insisted that he never knew both of them were sisters and narrated how Kate had humiliated and punctured his ego. He said when he met Karen, she gave love a new meaning with her positive attitude.

While he didn’t plan that things would turn out this way, he was nonetheless happy to be with Karen, who he wanted for a wife. While their parents were at a loss as to what to say, Kate insisted that the marriage would only hold over her dead body. She felt betrayed by her innocent sister.
