Ondo unemployed youths'll soon see the wonders of God - Mimiko

According to Tribune, Ondo State governor, Dr Olusegun Mimiko, has assured unemployed youths in the state of gainful employment, insisting that the youth will soon see the wonders of God, even as he revealed that he took political risks to enable him render purposeful service to the people.
Dr Mimiko hinged his promise of gainful employment on the near completion of the state's power project with its refinery, with fertiliser and petrochemical industries underway. Speaking on Sunday, while addressing the people of the state, who thronged the Government House, Alagbaka, to congratulate him over last Thursday's Supreme Court's verdict, which affirmed his victory in the October 20, 2012 gubernatorial election, during which Mimiko assured the people of the state of more dividends of democracy, even as he maintained that the state power project at Omotosho, which will provide stable electricity supply for industries, with a view to wooing more investors to the state is almost completed. He said many Nigerians would come to Ondo State for greener pastures and the youth would smile, because according to him, efforts were on to industrialise the state through the establishment of refinery, fertilizser industry and petro-chemical plant. "God sees my heart that I am working for the progress of the people of Ondo State. Our jobless youths will soon see the wonders of God. You will know that God is behind Ondo State in terms of job opportunities which will soon open up," he said.
