Gwen Stefani The Queen Of Fashion?

Is it appropriate to wear stiletto during pregnancy? I love fashion but I think wearing high heels shoe during pregnancy is risky, she could slip, fall or dislocate her ankles. Is singer Gwen Stefani the queen of pregnancy fashion? I must admit Gwen looks good though.
