Screen Actors Guild Awards

With award season well underway, it was the turn of the Screen Actors Guild to announce their winner on Saturday night.

Dame Helen Mirren and Dame Maggie Smith flew the flag for Britain, taking home awards for Best female actor in a TV movie or miniseries and Best female actor in a drama series respectively.

Crime drama Breaking Bad was also the talk of the evening. The thrilling TV series, which came to an end last year, took home two of the coveted SAG awards.
