The former Bond girl sent fans into frenzy when she appeared in the trailer for the new CBS show, playing astronaut Molly Watts who has just returned from space.
The three-minute clip revealed quite a few details about the drama, starting with scenes of Molly in her aircraft on a solo mission. Despite insisting that she spent the year-long operation alone, viewers see her interact with a mysterious man who also appears to live in the spacecraft, and later learn that Molly falls pregnant.
The 47-year-old actress hit the red carpet on Wednesday to promote Extant and was seen attending the CBS Upfront in New York City. Arriving at Carnegie Hall, Halle opted to go casual chic, wearing a loose fitting Daimon grey top and Sorella charcoal cigarette trousers. The mother-of-one completed her look with silver stiletto heels and a low black waist belt.
