Hollywood Actor Detained Over Wife's Death

Actor Michael Jace has reportedly been detained and questioned by police in connection with the death of his wife.

April Jace, 40, was found dead with gunshot wounds at around 8.30pm on Monday night, according to CBS Los Angeles.
Officers had responded to reports of a "domestic incident" after neighbours in Hyde Park heard gunfire.
Jace, 48, is perhaps best known for his role as a LA police officer in The Shield and for starring opposite Russell Crowe in the film State Of Play.
He has also had roles in the television series Southland and the film Forrest Gump.

KCAL9 reported that he has not been arrested but is helping police with their enquiries. No other suspects are being questioned at this time.
