Europe's biggest rolling jackpot lottery game has accumulated the massive pot after 11 consecutive draws without a winner for the top prize.
It will be the biggest jackpot up for grabs so far this year.
A lucky winner could scoop the biggest prize in Britain this year at 7.30pm.
In April, Neil Trotter scooped the UK's fourth-largest ever amount with a £107.9m jackpot.
The 41-year-old had told work colleagues a day earlier that he had a hunch he would win.
"I've always thought I'd win big and I'd had a good feeling all week," he explained after revealing his success.
Colin and Chris Weir, who won a £161m EuroMillions jackpot in July 2011, remain top of the list of UK lottery winners.
It was revealed earlier this week that the couple, from Ayrshire, were the largest contributors to the Yes campaign for independence for Scotland, having given £3.5m in total to the cause.
