Atiku Abubakar Honoured With Chieftaincy Title

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has recently been honoured with a Chieftaincy title in Ekiti-state.
The presidential aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) was conferred with the title, Aare of Ire-Ekiti land in Ekiti state.

Recall that in October Atiku had commissioned a 300-bed general hospital in Ado-Ekiti, the Ekiti State capital.

He served as the 2nd elected Vice-President of Nigeria from 1999 to 2007, on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), with President Olusegun Obasanjo.
