Flood Warnings, Heavy Rain On Way In UK

Flooding problems through the rest of this week are expected for parts of the UK after heavy and widespread rain.
More rain is set to spread north across England and Wales during Tuesday and Wednesday, with another 20 to 30mm possible.

Flooding is therefore likely, especially across parts of the South after what is already a wetter than average month.

Northern Ireland recorded more than 200% of its monthly average rainfall by 16 November, and the Met Office said parts of southern England, south Wales and eastern Scotland had also received their whole month rainfall by the same date.
