UK Nigerian Couple Jailed For Using Voodoo On Women S*x Slaves

A Nigerian couple based in the UK are facing jail for using voodoo magic to turn a pair of women into sex slaves.  A court heard they arranged for their victims to see a witchdoctor for a sinister “juju” ceremony.
The women, 23 and 29, were told to strip off and eat snails and live snakes as part of the bizarre ritual. 

They came to Britain from Nigeria hoping for a better life, but were put to work as hookers all over the country before being rescued at Cardiff’s Ambassador massage parlour.

The pair gave their earnings to Idahosa believing the black magic curses would make them go insane or die. 

One claimed to have handed Idahosa £45,000 and the other £30,000.

Idahosa and Omoruyi, who were arrested at their London home, denied any wrongdoing.

Both were remanded in custody to be sentenced next month after a jury at Cardiff Crown Court found them guilty. 

Pregnant Idahosa was convicted of trafficking women into and around the UK, inciting them to work as prostitutes and transferring criminal property.

Omoruyi was guilty of money laundering.  Judge Tom Crowther QC warned they face lengthy jail sentences.
