Buckwheat Crepes

120ml water
Pinch of salt
Serve these with savoury or sweet toppings.
1 Place the flour in a mixing bowl.
2 Make a well, pour in the water and add the salt.
3 Knead well to obtain a smooth consistency.
4 Divide the dough into two balls.
5 With a rolling pin, roll out each ball of dough into a crêpe about 0.5cm thick.
6 Place the crêpe in a nonstick pan and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, until bubbles appear on the surface.
7 Flip it over and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until browned on the underside.
8 Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy!
